We are responsible for assuring that the quality policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels. This is accomplished through individuals and a group training of all employees.
Healthy Safety and Environment (HSE)
We are committed to conduct our business safely and in a manner that minimises or eliminates the environmental adverse impacts. We conducts safety orientations and safety meetings to make our people aware of HSE standards and for risk minimising at work sites.
We gives top priority to ‘Safety’ of its personnel both on job site(s) and at its camp facilities. Personal safety tools will be provided for our personnel as required.
We will arrange periodic health check-ups to our personnel and medical treatment if required. First Aid Kits shall be kept both at work site(s) and camp facilities
Our long-term business success depends upon our ability to continuously improve the quality of our services while protecting people, environment and the communities in which we operate.
Compemsation
Compensation for employees shall be paid on a monthly basis in accordance with the labor law promulgated by the local government authority. Holidays shall be declared in accordance with the local calendar.
Accomodation
We have fully furnished camp facilities for its personnel with all basic amenities. We also have portable-camp facilities and houses which enable us to accommodate supervisors and working crew nearer to work site as required.
Transportion
Transportation to and from the work site(s) will be taken care by us.
Recreation
For uplifting the physical, emotional and mental feelings of its personnel various indoor and outdoor recreation facilities are maintained at its camp/living facilities.
Recruitment and Training
Our workforce is gathered on the basis of educational qualification, past experience in their trade, communication skills and other personal merits. Recruitment and selection of personnel is strictly based on a given criteria and there are no compromises made in this regard.
Every worker we recruit or hire is fully scrutinised for his capabilities and ability to exercise his job efficiently within the given time frame.
